Business Description
A law firm that helps people who have been injured in personal injury accidents, and families who have lost a loved one due to the negligence of others. We help people get their lives back on track.
Competitive Difference
We use the latest technology to improve service to our clients, including a smart phone app called MyCase. The app allows our clients to receive updates about their case and to communicate with us from the app on their smart phone. We are also paperless, which makes us more efficient in preparing our client’s case for an insurance adjuster, or for trial when necessary. We bring a personal approach to the practice of law with an emphasis on excellent customer service and communication with our clients. We do this by using a team approach to representing our clients and we build relationships with our clients that extend beyond resolution of their legal matter. Last, and probably most important, this is my twentieth year of practicing law.
Why Do You Enjoy What You Do?
Service to other people leads to a richer and fuller life. We get the privilege to help people every day get their life back on track during their time of need. We can’t take away our client’s pain and undo the loss they have suffered, but we can zealously advocate for them to get the best financial recovery possible, which is a very satisfying feeling – to right a wrong. The law as a career can be very satisfying if you do it for the right reasons. I have always believed that the profession of being a lawyer is about more than just the “business of law” or making money, it’s about helping people and making the world a better place.
How Did You Get Into Your Line of Work?
When I was a child, I was one of the kids who followed the rules (usually). The first thought I had of being a lawyer came from watching TV shows as a kid. The courtroom drama and the courtroom as a stage was very exciting. The plots usually revolved around someone who broke the rules, and someone else trying to make it right. In the grand design of our system of government, the law protects us all and maintains order in our society, so the ideals of fairness and justice always appealed to me.
Ideal Client
Someone who has been injured or suffered a loss through no fault of their own, who doesn’t want more than they are entitled to, but just wants to be treated fairly with compassion and integrity.

Meet the lawyer who will handle your case before hiring the law firm. Ask questions about your lawyer’s experience handling your type of case and their qualifications. Ideally, you should hire a lawyer who cares about you as a person and not just about how much money they will make from your case.
